  My husband's death was a complete shock, no sign of anything wrong. Fortunately we had our affairs in order and knew what the other wanted. I found Cascade Memorial and they were very respectful and courteous of my feelings. They dealt with my situation with dignity and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone and will be paying for my own arrangements soon so my loved ones won't have to. Also, all of this service at an extremely reasonable price. So many people think they need to spend a fortune, but this experience showed me that is not so.

  Highly recommend. Staff is very compassionate, warm, and knowledgeable. Madison, Karuna, and Sarah helped me deal with back-to-back within 6 months, sudden deaths of my husband and little brother. They gently guide the bereaved to do what needs to be done, such as accurately filling out death certificate data. There is no sales pressure for expensive caskets or urns, just providing information and prices so the family may choose for their loved ones final disposition. Their prices are lower than most others I interviewed. I hope I do not have any more family members die suddenly, and if I do, I would return to Cascade Memorial.

  Cascade Memorial helped us tremendously. When my father passed away suddenly we were totally unprepared. Cascade Memorial stepped up and helped us through the process, answering our questions in a thoughtful dignified manner. We were very pleased with their care, concern, and professionalism.

  My husband Alex passed away at UWMC on 8.18.2016 and while we'd discussed his last wishes, I literally had no idea where to go for his cremation. I looked online and found Cascade Memorial, which came with glowing reviews, and for good reason! They worked with me to get the paperwork done, get payment done, got all the information I'd need to assist with the death certificate - everything. Absolutely everything was taken care of with care and kindness, which in my sleep deprived and extremely devastated state was exactly what I needed.
  
  My husband's ashes were ready on time and they maintained contact with me to ensure I was aware of how the process would go. I was given options and spoken to with dignity. My husband was cared for with dignity. For this, I will be eternally grateful.

  I highly recommend Cascade Memorial in Bellevue. Often with a loved one's passing, it is chaotic. There's a lot of paperwork and decisions to make, but I can confidently say that going with Cascade Memorial was a great decision. My family and I have been fortunate without many deaths in our family, so the process after death was nebulous to us. The folks at Cascade Memorial were incredibly compassionate and thoughtful in our conversations and went above and beyond in making sure we understood what needed to be done and how to best proceed. They were flexible and accommodated our busy schedules. Great place with great service and staff! 5/5
