  Was promised my step mom's ashes several days ago. Called repeatedly to try and obtain them. Kept being promised they would come the next day. Did finally receive them, but a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

  ABSOLUTE WORST CREMATION SERVICES EVER! USE ANYONE ELSE and I mean anyone!!!!
  
  Had a horrible experience with this company. They said they could do the cremation after we paid them. They didnt. It took over a week for them to get it done and we were expecting the ashes in the mail. They didnt bother to call that there would be a delay or anything. I actually had to call again for about the 5th time and he says oh he was just ready for pick up this morning.
  
  Not to mention Michael is extremely condescending.
  
  We only used this company because they were recommended by the hospital. Absolutely horrible and I am sorry for anyone that has to use this company.
